United States Postal Service as our shippers of choice. We prefer to have a $25.00 order minimum, orders under $25.00 may be subject to a $4.95 handling charge. Freight rates shown are for domestic shipping, Alaska and Hawaii are generally more expensive. International customers, export rates as well as duties may apply.
You must call for an Return Goods Authorization RGA to return goods. All returns must be made to the address shown on the RGA, a copy of the packing list should be sent with the return as well as the reason for the return. Collect shipments will not be accepted. Your return is allowed within 14 days of receipt.. A 25% restocking charge will be assessed to all returns. All packing material, manuals, installation instructions, parts, etc., must be included to obtain credit. Credit will be issued providing the material is returned in the original condition, with packaging intact subject to our inspection, no freight or handling will be refunded. Returns must be sent prepaid and include the RGA on shipping label. No credit will be issued for products sent back without authorization. If the item is defective we will issue full credit or replace the item. Please note special orders, overstock sale items, water heaters and electronic items are not returnable.
Customers assume responsibility if damaged merchandise is signed for at the time of delivery. All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery; if you suspect damage, please note 'damaged' with your signature and call us immediately at 800-635-0973. If a customer signs for a common carrier delivery and does not note any damage, then it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the freight company to recoup the damages. If concealed damages are reported within 48 hours for UPS or Fedex deliveries, we can file a claim on behalf of the customer and help to resolve it. Do not discard packaging, as carriers will want to inspect to ascertain if they are responsible for damages.
